BIOGRAPHY
From the globally influential Southern California dance music scene, the "West Coast Pioneer" known as Simply Jeff, has emerged as one of it’s most recognized and respected leaders.
Simply Jeff's experience goes back to headlining clubs, concerts & festivals since 1985 and became strongly rooted in dance scene in 1991 as a radio mix show dj and a co-host (as Dj Spinn) on Swedish Egil's Top 30 Countdown which aired on America's first 24-7 "Electronic Dance Music" (EDM) station known as Mars FM (Santa Monica, California).
After graduating with honors at the University of Sound Arts (Hollywood, California), Jeff gained his first experience in professional recording while working at the World Famous KROQ in the late 80s by making radio remixes for the likes of EMF, Depeche Mode, Pet Shop Boys to the Fine Young Cannibals. By the early 90s, his experience with remixes ultimately lead Jeff to form his own recording projects like X-Calibur (along with Brian G. Diemar and guest), The DJ's Project (along with DJ Dan, Brian G. Diemar, DJ Rectangle) and The Core (along with DJ Dan and Brian G. Diemar).

1994, Jeff opens up his first retail record shop in Costa Mesa, California with early dj colleague, Ron D Core called Dr. Freecloud's Mixing Lab which lasted until the year 2000. In between all of this, Jeff's music production receives notice by larger independent labels and signs his first solo recording contract with City of Angels and later with Moonshine Music. Simply Jeff begins his new journey across the globe touring as a recording artist on a major level. From the US to Europe, the label has released top names in Breaks with recording artist like Uberzone, Elite Force, Etostone, John Kelly, DJ Friendly and Reid Speed to name a few.
